Ham and Pineapple Pizza Wheels

Ingredients:
2 cups (250 g/8oz) self-raising flour
40g butter, chopped
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons tomato paste
2 small onions, finely chopped
4 pineapple slices, finely chopped
200 g. sliced ham, shredded
80 g. cheddar grated
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
80 g. mozzarella cheese
1 Preheat oven to moderate 180C (350 F). Brush baking tray with oil. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter and rub into the flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Make a well and almost all the milk. Gather into a ball and turn onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough in half. Roll out each half on baking paper to a 20 x 30 cm (8 x 12 inch) rectangle about 5 mm (1/4 inch) thick. Spread the tomato paste over each rectangle, leaving a 1cm border.
2 Mix the onion, pineapple, ham, parsley. Spread over the tomato paste. Spread the cheddar and mozarella on top. Using the baking paper/ aluminum foil as a guide, roll up the dough from the long side.
3 Cut each roll into 15 even slices. Place n the tray and bake for 20 minute or until golder. Server warm
